Grooming with heart

Jack, our Cavapoo, arrived with Sharon a scruffy mess and left smelling wonderful and looking superb. I am really pleased with the quality of the groom Sharon provided Jack. He has been given a thorough, even trim and his coat is so much easier to manage.

However, what sets Sharon apart is the love and care she gave Jack. I don’t think he wanted to come home! Sharon’s grooming room is in her large, beautiful garden which Jack was able to enjoy once his groom was complete. He’s looking forward to his next groom!

I recently took my furry fluff ball to a lovely new grooming salon in Twyford. My boy is not a great fan of the groomers, he gets quite stressed and this time was particularly shaggy and in dire need of a groom!

Sharon was very patient and thorough, they stopped regularly for toilet, water and treat breaks. When I arrived to get him he seemed extremely smitten with Sharon and was still trying to follow her around afterwards so we will definitely be returning. It was a pleasure to see you and your lovely salon, so we’ll be back soon. Scruffy Mutts, thank you!

Sharon was fantastic with our dog Ernie, who can be quite a nervous Jack Russell cross. She was incredibly conscientious, keen, and helpful, immediately putting him at ease. He came away with a much-needed full clip and looked absolutely great.

My 7 year old Border Terrier has a shy personality and allergies including sensitive skin, which means she can only have hypoallergenic treatments. I gave up having her stripped professionally and stripped/trimmed her myself. However, I heard about Scruffy Mutts and how thrilled a friend was with the treatment her dog had had.

So off my Border and I went to meet Sharon. She wanted to meet my dog and spend time with her before I left her to be groomed. I should not have worried. My Border was handed back to me with her tail wagging, happy, playful and looking wonderful; she had even been playing in Sharon’s large, escape-proof garden. Now when we walk past Scruffy Mutts my Border tugs to revisit. Sharon and her have become firm friends and our next appointment is booked.

I would highly recommend Sharon. She done a fantastic job cutting and cleaning my dog cooper who is a very nervous dog and other people couldn’t do it.

She’s so calm around the dogs and they seem to love her.

My other dog goes today and will be using on a regular basis.

Sharon’s new grooming space is wonderful, safe, and welcoming! She is incredibly kind and gentle with our miniature schnauzer.

We prefer the traditional breed cut, and Sharon does a super job every time. Bonus: our dog smells divine afterward, thanks to the high-quality, gentle products Sharon uses.
